Emmanuel Bellegarde est réalisateur d’une trilogie de court métrage fantastique en plus de films publicitaires pour la société Première-heure. Il est aussi membre du collectif des Requins-marteaux. Il a également réalisé le film Naissance d’un héros qui fait pas mal de bruit. Pas mal.
Tellement que la version long métrage, qui s’appelle Dragon vert, est en chantier.
