COVID-19 forced the cancelling of upcoming DreadVision screenings, but the team found new and creative ways to give audiences one-of-a-kind experiences by connecting horror fans with great films and the people who make them.
Dreamkatcher director Kerry Harris, horror icon Lin Shaye (Insidious, The Grudge), Radha Mitchell (Silent Hill, Pitch Black), Finlay Wojtak-Hissong, and Jules Wilcox gave a panel discussion last night! And as of last night, the film was the top streaming film in the US. Serious props to Lin Shaye for her toilette paper earrings during the virtual Q & A.
In this terrifying horror-thriller, Gail (Radha Mitchell, Silent Hill) is forced to come to terms with Josh, her new stepson, at a remote country home. After stealing an evil talisman from a mysterious neighbor, Josh has sinister dreams of his dead mother, who commands Josh to murder Gail. When Josh’s dad (Henry Thomas, “The Haunting of Hill House”) returns, he and Gail suspect that their son has been possessed by an ancient, bloodthirsty spirit. Is it too late to save Josh’s life or their own?
Written by Dan V. Shea, the terrifying thriller with a unique spin on possession and dream invasion, is now available on DVD, Digital, and On Demand from Lionsgate. The horrors of the night will not compare to the nightmares of reality.
